Off is an exclusive multimedia event showcasing talent in international works of
cinema. Their mission is to bring the culture of international cinema to the Okanagan. To
Inspire. To Encourage. To Support.
Off International takes place on October 11-14 at the at the Paramount theatre in downtown Kelowna, BC.
